Well not really about us, more just about me.
Hi, I'm Stuart Reichman an American trained chef with over 40 years experience. I have worked in almost every aspect of the food industry including food manufacturing and production. I have had a brief but intense period in which i worked in product development including shelf life, food safety and food science.
On a personal note, I am married with 3 children. My youngest son Dovid made Aliyah in August of 2023 and just had his Tzav Rishon this January 2024. He is a student at Yeshivat Har Etzion in Alon Shvut and will be doing Hesder.
I served in Nahal 931 in the 1980's a time when nobody made a mangal for the chayalim anywhere. I have 2 sisters living here with their families and many sons and son in laws in Miluim. I'm sharing this so you know that I feel their pain when they complain about the tuna in the manot krav.

How we pay for everything
We are not in business to make money, we are only here to help the chayalim. We are trying to operate at cost. We accept donations, contributions and paid orders for units. Consider sponsoring flavor packs for you sons unit, your boyfriend or husband.
We are not a tax exempt organization or a charity. We are just a few people working together who thought they could do some good for the chayalim.
We are working at bringing down the cost of these flavor packs and since beginning this project have already cut the cost in half.
We are "selling" packs for 6 nis each or a box of 10 for 50 nis. Please consider sponsoring or donating. All monies donated go directly to pay for ingredients and packaging. We have NO labor cost because all labor is donated.
